This will be a panel discussion about the triumphs and hazards of being a female developer in a male-dominated industry.

- Why are women pushed by the tech industry into social media versus more advanced roles?

Our panel will discuss past memories and new ideas about how to balance the equation and improve your culture. By bringing in the experience of being a developer solo, being a developer in a team and managing developers, we'll be illustrating a career path for the technically-inclined.
