Swag Procurement?

Hello, my name is Nicholas, and I manage public relations for the MTAC organization, which operates two conventions: the titular MTAC (Middle Tennessee Anime Convention) and GMX (Geek Media Expo).

We're looking to expand our free swag giveaways to members. I was impressed with the great free swag given out to attendees, both this year and last, particularly with the quality bag (as opposed to simply plastic) and the shirts being free as well. Does the person or people who manage the grab bags have any tips or suggestions in obtaining quality swag, particularly like those bags?
